What if you can only pick two? It is undeniable that everybody will want to choose the best contractors or renovators if they can do so. However, in many cases by choosing the best 2 factors namely either price, service, or workmanship can be more favorable than choosing all the 3. For instant, a renovation that comes in cheap and good, will not be fast. Likewise, if it was delivered fast and good, it will not be cheap.
